Safety First

1. Convenient pre-pay on bookings.

2. Please know, unforeseen costs may arise.

3. Keep your things safe, remove items from vehicle.

4. We are not responsible for any items inside vehicle or on property.

5. During repair,  stand back 20 feet from our work truck and vehicle being repaired.

6. During repair, keep pets and other persons back 20 feet from work area. 

7. During repair, stand back at all times allowing us to focus on repair.

8. We do not provide refunds, exchanges, credit dispute challenges once paid. 

9. All repair sales are final, no refunds, returns, exchanges, credit dispute returns. 

10. We estimate each mobile repair using a flat rate fee. 

11. Any legal action taken by you the payee against us, 66 Mobile Auto Repair or any employee, you agree to pay for our legal fee's and expenses. 

12. Please do not ask to change our business policies. 

13. Payee must provide us with their Current, State Issued Drivers Licence before any repair is started. Our Mechanic will photo copy ID to confirm your idenity matches all payments made. 

14. We do not inherit your vehicle repair needs at any point of your vehicle repair (S).

15. When our mechanic, staff or any employee feels that they are unsafe by any aggressive actions by payee, pets or persons in payee's party, the work will be cancelled and no refund will be granted. 

16. Mechanic does hold the right to refuse service when they feel a threat from the payee, pets or persons in the party. 

17. Please do not park a vehicle near the repair work area that blocks our ability to exit the area.
